AI has really improved at generating text in images and also on keeping character style. I played around with it the other day in combination with the concept of a webcomic that I devised ages ago about reemergence.

I never intended to make this webcomic, although I have lots and lots of ideas and small scripts about it. The main topic is showing how some patterns in completely different systems, are very similar. It’d also include concepts like Convergent evolution.

It is specially cool and an overarching theme, that very similar patterns arise at different scales, and we usually do not notice. I often find it helpful to think what something in the body would be at the level of society or vice versa, or at a different level.

There are different characters, but the main ones are a human called Bursen, our planet called Klobe whose speech is always in the forms of newspapers or other media, unicellular organisms that are all called Xell, and Eylion the robot from an advanced civilization that came to Earth to study all our systems, and befriends all of them, while annoying them from time to time with its curiosity and quirky style.

Here are some not-polished strips. They are very much improvable, in that they are not explaining the idea super well and many contain more than 1 idea per comic, which just helps confusing people.
